At Lokl.pro, we strive to provide high-quality marketing consulting and drone photography services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our policy below:

1. Marketing Consulting Services:

Due to the nature of our marketing consulting services, which often involve significant time, research, and strategic planning from the outset, refunds are typically handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are generally non-refundable as they involve our time and expertise in understanding your needs.

  • Ongoing Projects: For ongoing consulting projects, if you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work diligently to address any issues and find a mutually agreeable solution.

  • Termination of Services: If you choose to terminate our services early, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered may be considered for a partial refund, depending on the work completed and the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.

  • No Guarantee of Specific Results: Please note that while we strive to deliver effective marketing strategies, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Dissatisfaction based solely on the lack of specific results will not automatically qualify for a refund.

2. Drone Photography & Videography Services:

Refunds for drone photography and videography services are also handled on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as:

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a scheduled shoot, the refund eligibility will depend on the notice provided and any non-refundable deposits outlined in your service agreement.

  • Weather Delays or Cancellations: If a shoot is delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds due to weather are generally not provided if rescheduling is a viable option.

  • Dissatisfaction with Delivered Media: If you are dissatisfied with the final photos or videos due to technical issues on our part (e.g., equipment malfunction), we will work to rectify the situation, which may include reshooting or editing. Refunds may be considered if we are unable to resolve the issue to a reasonable standard.

  • Creative Differences: Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preferences may not automatically qualify for a refund, as these aspects are typically discussed and agreed upon during the pre-production phase.

3. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please contact us via email at tammy@lokl.pro within 30 days of the service delivery or the issue arising. Your request should include:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • The date of service.

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, specific examples).

We will review your request carefully and respond within 10 business days.

4. Refund Decisions:

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Lokl.pro after a thorough review of the circumstances. We aim to be fair and reasonable in our assessment.

5. Method of Refund:

If a refund is approved, it will typically be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to process.
